About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented and intellectually strong Design Lead who can build lead and inspire our in-house design team This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how quick-growing D2C brands operate and can translate brand narratives into powerful visual identities The ideal candidate has graduated from a leading design school possesses a deep understanding of brand-building and can create everything from logo brand language packaging and social media designs to website visuals AI-driven creatives and marketing collaterals with consistency and excellence This person should be able to take a brand document or idea and convert it into a living breathing visual identity that speaks the brand s language across every touchpoint Key Responsibilities 1 Brand Identity Visual Language Development Create and maintain the entire brand theme including logo color palette typography patterns UI UX style and creative language Translate abstract brand narratives into compelling visual identities that resonate with consumers Build design systems and guidelines to keep all creatives aligned and consistent 2 Creative Design Execution Oversee and create Social media creatives Video design motion graphics AI-generated creatives Packaging design boxes covers sleeves labels Marketing collaterals brochures flyers banners posters Website design and landing pages Brand showreels and visual storytelling content Ensure high-quality on-brand designs for all marketing product and communication needs 3 Team Leadership Management Lead mentor and manage a team of graphic designers motion artists illustrators and design interns Hire top talent and build a high-performance creative team Review creative output and ensure timely creative and error-free delivery Train the team on brand guidelines visual storytelling and new design trends 4 Strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with founders marketing product production and script teams to convert strategies into powerful visuals Understand campaign objectives and bring creative vision to life across mediums Maintain a design pipeline and ensure smooth workflow management 5 Innovation Creative Intelligence Stay updated with design trends AI tools UI UX evolution D2C brand aesthetics and global visual standards Use AI-based tools for speed creativity and experimentation Create designs that not only look good but also communicate with clarity and convert effectively Required Skills Qualifications 5-10 years of design experience preferably with leading D2C brands or creative agencies Graduation from a reputed design school NID NIFT IDC Srishti Pearl MIT-ID etc Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity creation packaging design digital creatives and storytelling capability Proficiency in design tools Adobe Suite Figma and modern AI-based design tools Deep understanding of brand psychology consumer behavior and design communication Proven experience building and managing design teams Ability to convert briefs strategies and documents into compelling visual narratives Excellent aesthetic sense and a passion for building memorable brands Why This Role Matters You will shape the visual identity and perception of one of the fastest-growing D2C brands High ownership from branding to packaging to website everything flows through your vision You will directly influence how customers see feel and trust the brand Opportunity to build a world-class design team and set new creative standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Application Question s What s your current CTC What s your expected CTC Work Location In person
