Job Title Human Resources Executive Experience 2-3 Years Location Rajkot Reports To HR Manager HR Head Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated HR Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment Induction Employee Engagement and other core HR functions The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a balanced work workplace Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding o Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding o Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs o Conduct induction programs for new employees Employee Engagement Welfare o Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives o Monitor employee morale and implement strategies to boost engagement o Address employee queries and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism HR Operations Documentation o Maintain employee records HR databases and ensure compliance with policies o Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed Employee Relations o Support in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues o Act as a communication link between management and employees to ensure transparency and trust Policy Implementation o Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures o Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2-3 years of relevant HR experience preferably in a generalist role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems HRMS Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Preferred Attributes Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 1 year Preferred Lead generation 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Sales 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
