Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations while defining project scope goals and deliverables aligned with company objectives Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including production engineering procurement and quality to achieve project milestones on time and within budget Manage resources effectively to prevent bottlenecks and supervise team members by ensuring clarity of responsibilities and smooth execution Identify potential project risks create mitigation strategies and ensure all activities comply with quality standards safety guidelines and regulatory requirements Maintain consistent communication with management and stakeholders prepare progress reports and dashboards and ensure effective coordination between internal teams vendors and customers Prerequisites Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or any Engineering stream Manufacturing or related field Proven experience 5 years in project management within manufacturing or production industries Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality standards Proficiency in project management tools MS Project Primavera or similar Excellent leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills Robust organizational and multitasking abilities Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
