We are seeking an experienced Draftsman who is highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp with solid experience in both architectural and interior design projects The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented organized and able to convert design concepts into explicit accurate technical drawings Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD Develop 3D models and concept visuals in SketchUp Draft plans sections elevations joinery details and construction drawings Coordinate with architects designers and site teams for drawing accuracy Revise drawings based on design changes client feedback and site requirements Maintain systematic documentation and drawing sets Ensure adherence to standards codes and project guidelines Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in architectural and interior projects Strong proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Good working knowledge of SketchUp mandatory Strong understanding of materials joinery detailing and construction processes Ability to manage deadlines and work independently with precision Excellent attention to detail Preferred Skills Knowledge of V-Ray Layout or other visualization tools optional Experience preparing site execution drawings and approval drawings What We Offer Exposure to high-quality architecture and interior design projects Collaborative work environment with scope for professional growth Opportunity to take on significant responsibility Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 75 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Experience Drafting 5 years Required Work Location In person
