As a Systems Engineer Staff you will work among the Productivity and Collaboration Engineering team managing critical cloud platforms such as Azure Entra and Active Directory including SSO and SCIM implementation and support efforts This team also provides Microsoft 365 SharePoint Teams Exchange administration as well as administration for other messaging and collaboration systems What you ll be doing Design implement and support Azure Entra and Active Directory ecosystems including Azure AD SSO MFA and related services Provide Azure related evidence for audit requests Support various productivity collaboration cloud platforms Work within a Scrum team to groom document plan and deliver work Contribute to the technical solution design and delivery by the team Monitoring triage and resolution of operational issues act as an escalation point for cloud services Whatyou ll bring 3 years experience with Azure Azure Active Directory Entra services and integrations including Microsoft Graph API Azure tenant configuration and Azure Conditional Access Policies 3 years of professional system engineering experience Strong collaboration documentation and English communication skills to work with various teams and stakeholders given the diverse range of platforms and systems involved Self-starter capable of independently solving complex problems Knowledge of Authentication methods MFA implementation Single Sign On troubleshooting and administration including OAuth Hard Tokens Experience with Windows PowerShell Knowledge of Information Protection Security Data Governance and Compliance in Azure Advanced Problem Solving Troubleshooting Skills including the ability to produce and deliver root cause analysis RCA Experience developing system architecture and contributing to architecture Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate Certification Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities Ability to deliver work that meets all expectations for quality security and operability Stay up to date on everything Blackbaud Blackbaud is a digital-first company which embraces a versatile remote or hybrid work culture Blackbaud supports hiring and career development for all roles from the location you are in today Blackbaud is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion gender gender identity or expression sexual orientation national origin physical or mental disability age or veteran status or any other basis protected by federal state or local law
