Position Junior Architect Location MADURAI Department Design Reports to Junior Architect Company RAY a Premium Brand in DESIGN BUILD INTERIOR solution Contact 91-(phone hidden) Email admin rayarchitects com Job Summary The Junior Architect will assist in the design and execution of residential commercial and interior projects This role involves supporting concept development preparing design drawings coordinating with consultants and ensuring design intent is maintained through project execution The candidate must possess strong design and visualization skills a good understanding of architectural detailing and proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization tools Key Responsibilities Assist Senior Architects in developing conceptual and schematic designs Prepare presentation drawings mood boards and 3D renders for client discussions Support in space planning material selection and design detailing Prepare working drawings GFC Good for Construction drawings and coordination layouts Ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards building codes and project specifications Maintain organized drawing sets and version control Coordinate with structural MEP landscape and interior teams for design integration Liaise with vendors consultants and site engineers to ensure design intent is implemented Participate in client and site meetings to address design and technical queries Conduct site visits to review ongoing works material quality and detailing accuracy Provide design clarifications and updates during execution Keep updated with new materials finishes and design trends Suggest creative and sustainable design solutions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Architecture B Arch D Arch from a recognized university 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural interior design firms Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketch Up Lumion Enscape Photoshop and MS Office Strong visualization presentation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
