Job Title Tele Sales Executive - Webinars Workshop Courses Location Gurgaon Company QURBAT Job Type Full-Time Experience 0-3 years Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our webinar programs online workshops and skill-based courses The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into participants by clearly communicating the benefits of our learning experiences handling inquiries and closing sales over the phone Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads interested in online learning programs Promote upcoming webinars workshops and digital courses to potential customers Understand the features curriculum and benefits of each course to confidently address customer questions Follow up with warm leads through calls WhatsApp and emails to convert interest into registrations Maintain records of calls follow-ups and customer details in CRM systems Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrolment targets Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth registration process Collect feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and strategy Requirements Minimum 12th pass Graduate preferred 1-2 years of telesales or EdTech sales experience preferred freshers with good communication skills can apply Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Passion for education and helping individuals grow Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace Docs Sheets etc is a plus Fluency in English and Hindi or regional language if applicable Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
