We are looking for a smart proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support our daily ecommerce operations across Amazon Flipkart and our Shopify store Launching Soon You will handle order processing maintain inventory accuracy update listings coordinate with warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations This role suits someone with 1-3 years of hands-on ecommerce operations experience who is eager to learn take ownership of tasks and grow into a senior operations role over time Key Responsibilities Order Warehouse Operations Process daily orders and coordinate with warehouse team for picking packing and dispatch Ensure order accuracy and maintain proper packing standards Assist in maintaining inventory organization and bin locations inside the warehouse Support daily stock counting and help maintain accurate stock levels across marketplaces Marketplace Operations Update listings prices offers and product details on Amazon Flipkart and Shopify Monitor active listings suppressed listings and resolve basic listing issues Track slow-moving SKUs and coordinate with the team for corrective actions price updates offers etc Coordinate with Amazon Flipkart support for small operational tickets Inventory Replenishment Assist in preparing weekly reorder lists based on sales and stock levels Help track FBA and warehouse inventory and ensure quantities are updated across channels Support the team in receiving checking and adding FBA removals and return units back into inventory Returns Claims Verify customer returns daily and update the system Assist in filing basic claims missing damaged under the guidance of the operations manager Work with warehouse staff to repack sellable returns Reporting Analysis Download and maintain daily weekly reports sales inventory returns aging stock Prepare basic Excel Google Sheet reports for internal use Share daily operational updates with the team Tools SOP Support Work with the team to implement and use OMS tools like Zoho Unicommerce or OMS Guru Follow SOPs for all daily tasks and contribute to improving process efficiency Requirements 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations marketplace management or warehouse coordination Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify basic level Experience using Excel Google Sheets for simple reporting Basic understanding of order management tools like Zoho Inventory Unicommerce or similar training can be provided Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately Valuable communication skills and willingness to coordinate with warehouse and support teams Fast learner with a positive attitude and an ownership mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Nagarbhavi Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Which ecommerce marketplaces have you worked with and have good understanding Which inventory or order management systems have you used What is your notice period or earliest joining date What is your current in hand monthly salary Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Work Location In person
