Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Junior Accountant The role involves maintaining books of accounts entering transactions handling basic accounting records and supporting finance operations under guidance Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily bookkeeping entries in Tally sales purchases expenses receipts payments Maintain ledgers journals and records of financial transactions Assist in bank cash reconciliation and ledger balancing Prepare simple financial reports statements as needed Maintain records in Excel basic data entry spreadsheets Assist with invoicing billing and expense tracking Help ensure data accuracy timely reporting and compliance with standard accounting practices Communicate effectively with team and staff to coordinate accounting and payment receipt processes Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Commerce Accounting Finance or related freshers welcome Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and understanding of accounting principles Working knowledge of Tally data entry book-of-accounts desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets data entry simple calculations Good communication skills verbal and written Attention to detail accuracy and reliability Willingness to learn and work under supervision Preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with basic accounting concepts journal entries ledger debit credit reconciliation Comfortable in a team environment and able to coordinate with others Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 6 500 00 - 8 500 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
