Position Summary You will be leading the overall legal function of the firm including contracts disputes land transaction and customer agreements Responsibilities o Litigation Research subject matter including criminal and civil prepare briefs for senior counsels and court filings apart from providing litigation support in courts o Drafting Draft and review legal documents including contracts leases deeds and other agreements including Joint Development Agreements o Land title due diligence Independently handle title diligence requirements for various purposes ranging from residential to commercial developments o Attend court meetings hearings and negotiations on behalf of the company o Prepare and present reports on legal activities risks and issues to senior management Preferred Skills o Experience in a reputed law firm a MUST Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions and financing Proficiency in legal research and legal database management Advanced knowledge of property and criminal law Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
