Job Summary We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms The ideal candidate will focus on driving measurable growth in leads traffic and conversions Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta LinkedIn and other platforms Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager Optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS CPA and other KPIs Conduct A B testing to improve ad creatives landing pages and overall funnel performance Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives Prepare performance reports and insights for management Stay updated on digital marketing trends algorithm changes and best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Proficiency with Google Ads Meta Ads Analytics and SEO tools Robust analytical communication and reporting skills Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus Preferred Skills Knowledge of remarketing funnel optimization and conversion tracking Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is an advantage Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
