About Gokulam Grand Trivandrum Gokulam Grand Trivandrum is a premier 5-star hotel offering world-class hospitality with a blend of contemporary luxury and Kerala s rich cultural heritage With a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence we are seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic F B team Position Summary The F B Executive is responsible for supervising the daily operations of restaurants bars and banquet services ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction service standards and operational efficiency The ideal candidate should be energetic service-oriented and possess strong leadership qualities Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of F B outlets to ensure smooth functioning Monitor staff performance provide training and ensure adherence to service standards Assist in planning and execution of F B promotions and events Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies and government regulations Assist in inventory control cost management and vendor coordination Prepare daily reports and assist in achieving departmental revenue targets Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience as an F B Executive in a 4- or 5-star hotel Strong interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experience in restaurant and banquet service operations Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays as per operational needs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 264 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Advantages Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Deadline 10 08 2025 Expected Start Date 08 10 2025
