1 In-Process Inspection Conduct stage-wise inspections during fabrication cutting bending welding grinding assembly Check component dimensions using measuring tools Vernier caliper micrometer height gauge etc Ensure that fabrication is as per approved drawings and WPS Welding Procedure Specification 2 Visual and Dimensional Checks Perform visual inspections for weld quality surface finish and material condition Measure dimensions and tolerances as per customer and internal specifications 3 Documentation Reporting Maintain inspection records rejection reports and quality checklists Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from standards Ensure proper tagging of accepted and rejected parts 4 Communication Coordination Coordinate with the production team for corrective actions on quality issues Escalate serious quality problems to the Quality Engineer or Supervisor 5 5S and Safety Follow 5S practices and ensure cleanliness in the inspection area Adhere to safety protocols while working on the shop floor Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 10 08 2025
