Job Title Regional Manager RM Reports To Zonal Manager About Us Cafee Udupi Ruchi is a pioneering Quick Service Restaurant QSR specializing in innovative South Indian vegetarian cuisine Recognized as the Most Innovative QSR of the Year 2017 Cafee Udupi Ruchi maintains high standards in hygiene quality taste and service by employing MBO and SOP-driven systems as well as leveraging cloud technology for efficient operations The brand ensures a consistent value-for-money culinary experience across all its locations seamlessly blending tradition with innovation Job Summary Oversee the operations of multiple cafes within a state or region ensuring operational excellence cost control and business growth Key Responsibilities Oversee Operations Manage cafe operations in the state region ensuring smooth functioning Site Planning Identify potential new cafe locations and communicate with Zonal Manager Recruit Train Recruit and train Area Managers AM to enhance performance Regular Cafe Visits Visit at least 15 cafes in the region periodically to ensure compliance and performance Cost Control Monitor overheads drive cost-cutting measures without impacting food quality or service Sales Growth Develop Local Store Marketing LSM strategies to boost sales and transactions Support AMs Motivate and train AMs to ensure best practices are followed at cafe manager level Leave OT Approvals Approve leave weekly offs and OT statements for AMs in line with the budget Budget Management Ensure expenses remain within budget and identify savings opportunities Pricing Procurement Approve local procurement prices and compare with market rates Monitor Bulk Inventory Regularly check stock levels and reports from AMs to ensure proper management Achieve Business Goals Ensure the region achieves targeted sales and implement local promotions to meet objectives Job Type Full time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Language English Preferred Work Location In person
