We are seeking a persuasive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers generating leads providing information about our products or services and closing sales over the phone The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls Make cold calls to potential customers or follow up with leads Lead Generation Identify potential prospects and convert them into customers Product Knowledge Provide accurate information about the company s products or services to customers Customer Support Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Sales Conversion Persuade customers to purchase products or services and achieve sales targets Data Management Maintain a database of customers and update records of interactions and sales Follow-Ups Make regular follow-up calls to maintain a relationship with customers Reporting Submit daily or weekly reports on call activity and results to the supervisor Key Skills and Qualifications Robust verbal communication skills Persuasive and negotiation abilities Customer-oriented mindset Basic computer proficiency MS Office CRM tools Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated High school diploma or equivalent a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory Work Environment Office-based with a quiet environment for calls May involve working in shifts or weekends depending on the business needs Salary Fixed base salary plus performance-based incentives Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 11 months Expected hours No less than 48 per week Schedule Day shift Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location Remote
