- Interior Civil MEP EngineerPosition Title Interior Civil MEP Engineer Department Projects Execution Location Msc compound anangpur village faridabad Haryana-121003 Reporting To Project Manager Senior Engineer Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Interior Civil MEP Engineer with a degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering to oversee and coordinate civil interior and MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing works for turnkey projects The engineer will be responsible for ensuring design compliance site execution quality control and coordination between multiple disciplines to deliver projects within time budget and quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Execution Coordination Supervise civil interior finishing and MEP works on-site HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting ELV Review and interpret drawings BOQs technical specifications and method statements Coordinate with design manufacturing procurement and site execution teams for seamless project delivery Ensure alignment of MEP services with architectural and interior finishes Monitor subcontractors vendors to ensure work is executed as per standards Quality Compliance Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with IS codes NBC international standards and safety norms Ensure correct installation of services HVAC ducts cabling piping fire suppression etc without clashes Verify material quality testing and approvals before installation Project Planning Monitoring Assist in preparing project schedules resource planning and progress monitoring Raise RFIs Request for Information for design discrepancies Prepare and submit daily weekly progress reports Support project manager in cost control and variation claims Client Stakeholder Interaction Attend site coordination meetings with clients consultants architects and contractors Provide technical support and suggest value-engineering solutions Handle site-related queries and ensure timely resolution Qualifications SkillsEducation Bachelor s Degree B E B Tech in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution Experience 3-7 years for mid-level 7 years for senior level in interior fit-out turnkey projects with robust exposure to MEP coordination Technical Skills Good knowledge of AutoCAD Revit preferred MS Project Primavera Strong understanding of HVAC electrical distribution lighting ELV systems plumbing fire-fighting and interior finishes Knowledge of MEP standards IS codes NBC and international practices Hands-on experience in shop drawing review site execution and QA QC procedures Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Excellent communication and leadership ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with client-facing ability Employment Details Job Type Full-time Compensation As per industry standards negotiable Travel Required as per project sites Job Type Full-time Pay 500 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
