Production Engineer - Husky Experience 2-3 Years Industry Plastic Manufacturing Mandatory Qualification Diploma in Plastics CIPET BE B Tech in Plastics Engineering We are looking for a Production Engineer with strong experience in Husky Injection Molding Machines for our Jalgaon plant The ideal candidate should have a background in the plastic processing industry and be capable of independently handling machine operations process optimization and shift production targets Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor Husky injection molding machines HyPET HPP HPP5 Set adjust and optimize process parameters to meet quality and production targets Perform mold changeovers startup checks and machine readiness activities Ensure production output as per shift targets with minimal rejections and downtime Troubleshoot process-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for machine concerns Ensure adherence to quality standards GMP safety and 5S practices Prepare shift production reports material consumption records and downtime logs Support training and supervision of machine operators Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the production floor Skills Competencies Hands-on experience with Husky injection molding machines Solid knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic materials Good understanding of mold operations and Husky hot runner systems Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to handle production independently Good communication and coordination skills
