Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead the in-store sales of our modular kitchen solutions The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom driving sales performance handling client interactions and ensuring exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations and meet sales targets Engage with walk-in customers understand their requirements and provide tailored kitchen design solutions Conduct product presentations explain features advantages and pricing to customers Coordinate with the design team to deliver customized kitchen layouts and proposals Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed sales Maintain product displays and keep the showroom presentable and customer-friendly Handle customer queries complaints and ensure timely resolution Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and suggest improvements Train and guide junior sales staff in delivering consistent customer service Requirements Proven experience 5 years in retail sales preferably in modular kitchens wardrobes or interior design Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good understanding of kitchen layouts materials and basic design principles Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Fluency in English and local language is a must Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience sales 5 years Required Team management 3 years Required Language English Required Kannada Required Work Location In person
