Job Summary The HR Executive will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment onboarding payroll statutory compliance HR documentation employee engagement and performance management The role ensures smooth HR operations policy compliance and a positive work environment Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Manage sourcing screening interviews and selection Conduct induction complete joining formalities and ensure seamless onboarding Payroll Statutory Compliance Prepare monthly payroll and maintain attendance leave records Handle PF ESIC Professional Tax ECR uploading and maintain compliance documentation Employee Engagement Relations Plan employee engagement activities and support grievance resolution Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Performance Learning Management Assist in PMS implementation and appraisal coordination Support LMS operations and track participation HR Documentation Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and HR digitization initiatives Skills Competencies Knowledge of HR operations payroll and labor laws Experience in PF ESIC portal ECR filing Solid communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office HRMS software Advanced Excel VLOOKUP Pivot MIS Dashboards Confidentiality multitasking problem-solving ability Qualification Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
