We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Trainer to lead our training programs on Tally Prime with comprehensive GST compliance and Advanced Microsoft Excel The ideal candidate will transform students into job-ready professionals by delivering practical hands-on and engaging sessions bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world accounting MIS requirements Key Responsibilities A Training and Delivery Deliver Classroom Online Training Conduct high-quality interactive training sessions on Tally Prime latest version and Advanced Excel to diverse groups of learners commerce non-commerce graduates working professionals Focus on Tally Prime with GST Provide in-depth training on company creation ledger group management voucher entries inventory payroll TDS TCS and most crucially all aspects of GST compliance Input Tax Credit GSTR-1 GSTR-3B generation e-way bills etc Focus on Advanced Excel Train students to master complex functionalities including VLOOKUP HLOOKUP INDEX MATCH Pivot Tables Power Query basic Data Validation Conditional Formatting Goal Seek and Macro recording for automation Practical Application Emphasize practical scenarios real-life case studies and integrated projects that require using both Tally data and Excel for Management Information System MIS reporting and financial analysis B Curriculum Development Assessment Content Management Develop review and continuously update training curriculum presentations session plans and supporting documentation in line with the latest software updates and statutory changes Tally Prime releases GST amendments Student Assessment Create and administer practical assignments quizzes and mock tests to rigorously evaluate student competency and job-readiness Feedback Mentoring Provide individualized mentoring and constructive feedback to students addressing their technical queries and helping them troubleshoot complex issues C Administrative Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and course feedback Assist the placement team by providing input on student skill sets and participating in mock interviews related to Tally and Excel Job Type Full time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred
