Project Role Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description Develop custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs Must have skills Java Enterprise Edition Good to have skills NA Minimum 7 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Experience 8 years Domain Java Developer Contact Center About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled IVR Developer with strong experience in Contact Center application development and infrastructure The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Interactive Voice Response IVR applications and integrating them with enterprise contact center solutions such as Genesys and Conversational IVR Key Responsibilities o Design develop and maintain IVR applications using Java J2EE Spring VXML and REST APIs o Work on Contact Center solutions including IVR Conversational IVR Genesys Call Routing and Media Bar components o Participate in requirement analysis design reviews and solution discussions with business and technical teams o Develop reusable components and ensure scalability and reliability in IVR solutions o Integrate with backend systems using JSON RESTful web services and databases such as Oracle and MS SQL o Utilize source code management tools like GIT RTC or SVN for version control o Implement and maintain CI CD pipelines for automated build and deployment of IVR applications o Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution performance optimization and production support o Stay updated on recent technologies related to Voice Biometrics Speech IVR and AI-driven voice applications Qualifications Skills o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Electronics or related field o Minimum 8 years of experience in Contact Center application development or IVR systems o Strong hands-on experience with Java J2EE REST JSON Spring Basics and VXML o Knowledge of Voice Biometrics and Speech IVR solutions good to have o Familiarity with Oracle and MS SQL databases o Experience with version control systems GIT RTC SVN o Exposure to CI CD tools and practices o Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities 15 years full time education
