Job Title Factory Manager - Modular Furniture Location Pathanamthitta Kerala Employment Type Full-time Experience Required 5 years in Furniture Manufacturing Modular Interiors About Us P SQUARE Interior Furnishing has been a trusted name in home interiors since 1997 specializing in premium-quality curtains blinds customized furniture customized kitchen interiors With over 15 000 premium projects successfully completed across Kerala we are renowned for our expertise in crafting large-size automated curtains and delivering exceptional interior solutions Key Responsibilities Plan organize and manage the day-to-day operations of the factory ensuring smooth and efficient production workflows Supervise production activities across key departments including cutting assembling edge-banding finishing and on-site installation of modular and custom furniture units Monitor and manage production schedules resource allocation manpower machines and materials and deadlines to ensure on-time project delivery Ensure strict adherence to design specifications quality standards and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies as needed Coordinate closely with internal teams including design procurement logistics and project execution to align factory output with project timelines and customer expectations Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials tools fittings and consumables and work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted production Enforce health and safety protocols across the facility and ensure compliance with statutory and company safety regulations Collaborate with HR to recruit train and manage factory staff while promoting a disciplined performance-oriented and team-driven work culture Optimize operational efficiency through cost control measures process improvement waste reduction and effective use of technology and equipment Ensure timely maintenance and optimal performance of all machinery including CNC panel saws and edge banding equipment Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Production or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in managing production operations in furniture manufacturing and modular interiors Strong knowledge of materials wood laminates hardware etc and manufacturing techniques CNC edge-banding panel processing etc Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale production units Proficiency in MS Office ERP systems and production management tools Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred Experience with lean manufacturing Kaizen or Six Sigma practices Prior exposure to project-based modular interior manufacturing for commercial residential clients If you re a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a agile team please submit your application including your resume and a cover letter to hr psquareinterior com or apply via our online portal at www psquareinterior com Or call 91 (phone hidden) We look forward to hearing from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
