Job description About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and project management excellent leadership skills and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and oversee all phases of civil construction projects Develop project schedules budgets and work plans in coordination with senior management and clients Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety quality and design specifications Manage procurement of materials equipment and subcontractor services Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients and management Conduct site meetings and coordinate between engineers architects contractors and other stakeholders Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with local regulations building codes and environmental standards Review and approve technical drawings change orders and project documentation Lead project closeout activities including inspections handovers and final reporting Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field Proven experience typically 8-10 years in managing civil or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction methods materials and standards Proficient in project management software e g MS Project Primavera AutoCAD Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Application Question s Expected Salary Experience work 8 years Required Language tamil english Required Work Location In person
