Job Title Quantity Surveyor Experience 1 - 6 Years Location Bhopal Job summary We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Civil Engineering to manage financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects This is a full-time office-based role in Bhopal India aimed at candidates with 1 to 6 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities Cost Control and Budget Management Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring costs are kept within agreed limits Implement cost control measures and track changes that might affect project costs Valuation and Certification Conduct interim valuations measure completed work and prepare statements for project certification for payment purposes Contractual Negotiation and Administration Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers and manage contract administration throughout the lifecycle of the project Tender Evaluation Participate in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and bids for construction projects analyzing the cost and feasibility of proposed solutions Risk Management Identify potential financial or contractual risks and develop strategies for mitigation to protect project interests Software Proficiency AutoCAD MS-Office Primavera P6 Key Requirements Experience 1-6 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role within the construction industry Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Road Highways or Railways sector Proficiency in industry-standard software tools What We Offer Competitive Salary Career development Opportunities Opportunities to work on major infrastructure projects Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
