Key Responsibilities Video Editing Assembly Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for various channels social media websites events etc Combine technical expertise with storytelling abilities to create engaging content Color Grading Enhance video aesthetics through effective color correction and grading Maintain a consistent visual style across all materials Audio Cleanup Enhancement Clean and balance audio tracks add sound effects and work with music tracks for the best sound quality Ensure audio levels meet broadcast and platform standards Design Integration Integrate graphics titles and motion design elements Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency in all video projects Software Proficiency Demonstrate proficiency in at least one major video editing software DaVinci Resolve Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Use at least one major design or image-editing software Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator or similar to create and optimize visual elements Project Management Work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and varying scopes short-form social media clips to long-form documentary or event highlights Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content Quality Control Collaboration Review final outputs for accuracy grammar and brand consistency Collaborate with producers directors and other team members to execute creative visions Qualifications Requirements Education Experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Film Media Communications or a related field preferred Proven experience 2 years as a Video Editor or in a similar role portfolio or showreel required Technical Skills Proficiency in one or more video editing tools DaVinci Resolve Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Working knowledge of color grading techniques and workflows Familiarity with audio cleanup and mixing tools plugins Experience with Photoshop Illustrator or equivalent design software Creative Skills Robust design sense and understanding of visual composition typography and branding Ability to handle both short-form and long-form edits Soft Skills Excellent communication time-management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines Team player who can also excel in independent self-directed workflows Additional Requirements Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video delivery and optimization Willingness to stay updated with industry trends tools and technologies A passion for storytelling and continuous improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work from home Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Video editing 1 year Preferred Work Location Remote
