NReporting into the customer Service Manager of International Markets, the Customer Service Representative owns the full "Order-To-Delivery" process (OTD) for his/her portfolio of clients.

- Maintain the master data managed in the ERP N

nCustomer Order management

- Own the full "Order-To-Delivery" (OTD) process from order entry to delivery and invoicing including update on dates and answer to customer enquiries. N
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) offering holistic customer service: date update, price inquiries, substitute inquiries, return requests, claims etc. N
- Develop an excellent relationship with customers N
- Deliver pro-active customer care including communication, update on availability date, solutions on deviation compared to customer expectations.
