NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive construction document (CD) sets using Autodesk Revit.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural, and consultant disciplines.

- Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning requirements.

- Translate design intentinto practical, buildable construction solutions.
N
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and international stakeholders.

- Conduct quality reviewsand implement revisions based on project feedback.
NQualifications

- Degree in Architecture or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing detailed construction documentation in Revit.

- Robust understanding ofU.S. construction methods, materials, and detailing practices.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
NPreferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of IBC and ADA requirements.

- High attention to detail with a strong focus on constructability, accuracy, and graphic standards.
