NRole Overview:
NWe are looking for a hands‐on Continuous Improvement (CI) Supervisor to support our Worldwide Manufacturing team in driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across manufacturing lines and contract manufacturing partners.
NThis role will partner closely with Manufacturing, Packaging, Automation, Quality, IT (Oracle), and CI Leadership, leading Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives while embedding a solid CI culture on the shop floor.

- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects aligned with business and manufacturing strategy N
- Identify process gaps, waste, inefficiencies, and variation across equipment, materials, manpower, and methods N
- Drive Lean, TPM,



DMAIC,Kaizen, PDCA, PQCDSM initiatives at site level N
- Create and maintain Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for all manufacturing lines N
- Perform root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, and corrective action implementation N
- Evaluate process capability and equipment capability (Cp, Cpk) across operations N
- Implement SPC, Gage R&R;, and statistical tools to monitor and control process performance N
- Lead Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and small group activities including contract manufacturers N
- Train and mentor teams on SGA, TPM, Lean principles, Six Sigma basics N
- Develop and maintain manufacturing KPIs, MIS dashboards, and BI reports for leadership N
- Support process automation, system enhancements, and Oracle‐based initiatives N
- Work closely with Manufacturing & Packaging specialists to plan and implement improvements with quantified benefits N
