Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities on the floor and ensure smooth operations Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training when required Allocate tasks and ensure that all work is completed on time and up to standard Ensure safety cleanliness and compliance with organizational policies Coordinate with other departments e g inventory service quality control for workflow efficiency Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in floor operations Maintain daily records shift reports and incident logs Conduct floor inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards Handle customer or client interactions when required especially in retail service industries Report operational issues and feedback to higher management regularly Requirements High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred based on industry 2-5 years of experience in floor supervision or a similar role Robust leadership and team management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge MS Office ERP DMS software depending on industry Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments Knowledge of safety and quality standards Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
