We are seeking an experienced and cutting-edge Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final execution The ideal candidate will have strong creative vision technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver design solutions that align with client needs functionality and aesthetics Key Responsibilities Lead the entire design process from conceptualization to project completion Develop detailed design concepts layouts and presentations for client approval Prepare working drawings 3D views and detailed material specifications Select and finalize materials finishes furniture and lighting Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and contractors Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality execution Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively Mentor and guide junior designers and support staff Ensure design consistency quality standards and compliance with codes Required Skills Competencies Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Lumion Photoshop and related design software Strong sense of design space planning and material knowledge Excellent presentation communication and client-handling skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Leadership problem-solving and decision-making abilities Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum 4 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design At least 2 years of managerial or team leadership experience Strong portfolio showcasing executed residential and or commercial projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
