Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client An American multinational computer software company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in San Jose California They specialize in software for creating and publishing a wide range of content including graphics photography illustration animation multimedia video motion pictures and print About The Job As a Business Data Analyst in the Solution Led Business Systems Management team you will be responsible for using your knowledge of software programs and business strategies to analyze and interpret data and provide insights that support business decisions for client s Solution Led teams You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our Customer Advisory Field Experience team aligning data insights people processes and systems to support programs and initiatives to their desired outcomes Essential Job Functions Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators KPIs and identify trends Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets Create best-practice reports based on data mining analysis and visualization Evaluate internal systems for efficiency problems and inaccuracies and develop and maintain protocols for handling processing and cleaning data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements provide status updates and build relationships Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs including critical metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself with an eye on what drives business performance and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with reporting components from multiple data sources Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a related field such as Business Accounting or Finance 5 years of experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles Proven analytics skills including mining evaluation and visualization Experience with data visualization tools Power BI Technical writing experience in relevant areas including queries reports and presentations Strong SQL or Excel skills with aptitude for learning other analytics tools Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Ability to think creatively Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce MS Dynamics Gainsight is a plus How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to respond submit their updated resumes and for additional job opportunities please visit Jobs In India -
