Position IT Technical Support Engineer Location Navi Mumbai Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to manage and maintain our organization s IT infrastructure The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with server setups firewall configurations CCTV systems backup strategies and various enterprise tools You will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations and providing technical support across departments Key Responsibilities o Installation configure and manage Windows Servers 2k19 2k22 and desktop operating systems Win 7 10 and Win 11 o Installation configure and maintain firewall software ensuring compliance with security standards o Handle installation configuration and regular maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems o Set up and manage Network Attached Storage systems including QNAP software and Essl access controls o Configure and maintain ESSL biometric and access control systems o Design and implement backup solutions for critical data and servers ensure data recovery protocols are in place o Configure Microsoft Outlook and other email clients across devices and platforms o Manage installation updating and troubleshooting of software across the organization o Set up and maintain network infrastructure including routers switches and wireless devices o Manage Active Directory setup user creation group policies and domain configurations o Design and implement scalable and secure network strategies in alignment with business goals o Install and maintain workstations and peripheral points throughout the premises o Maintain and troubleshoot IPBX systems for uninterrupted internal and external communication Required Skills Qualifications o Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support or a related role o Robust understanding of Windows Server environments and networking principles o Proficiency in installing and maintaining security systems storage solutions and access control systems o Familiarity with firewall software Active Directory and NAS systems o Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues o Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Certifications Not Mandatory o Microsoft Certified Windows Server MCSA o CompTIA Network Security o QNAP or NAS-related certifications o CCTV and Access Control training certificates Educational Qualifications o BE in Hardware Network Engineering o B Sc in Information Technology B Sc IT o Similar or higher relevant qualifications o Minimum qualification Diploma in Hardware and Network Engineering Why Join Fionaa Gold o Be a part of a reputed and quick-growing brand in the gold jewellery manufacturing sector o Work in a collaborative team-oriented and professional environment o Competitive compensation job stability and long-term career growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
