We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team As a Process Coordinator at Genre of Design you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of office workflow and ongoing projects and ensure maximum efficiency Maintaining and coordinating the processes in the company Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Monitor office expenditures and handle all office bills Assist in vendor relationship management Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Maintain and organize project documentation including plans specifications permits and correspondence Collaborate with team members to facilitate the coordination of project activities Serve as a point of contact between different project teams including clients and contractors to convey project progress and address any issues or concerns Required Candidate profile - Must be a Female Candidate with any graduate degree a degree in English is more preferable - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Experience should be 0 to 2 years freshers can apply - Good organizational and multitasking skills - Proficiency in Computer Applications Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
