Job Title Graphic Designer Location Barakhamba Road NEW DELHI The Role We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team This role is ideal for an individual with foundational experience who is eager to grow their skills and contribute fresh ideas to a variety of projects You will be responsible for executing design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives Key Responsibilities Design and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media graphics Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc website banners email templates and digital advertisements Assist in the creation of print materials such as brochures flyers presentations internal documents and trade show displays ensuring all designs are print-ready Work collaboratively with the marketing content and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity Retouch crop and manipulate photographs and images as needed for various projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends design software and new technologies Manage and organize design assets including images templates and final files Take constructive feedback and apply it effectively to improve designs Required Experience Skills Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven qualified experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role A strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills and aesthetic range Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory layout visual hierarchy Experience with creating optimized graphics for various digital and social media platforms Familiarity with preparing files for professional printing CMYK bleed resolution Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Strong verbal and written communication skills Bonus Skills Preferred but not required Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics e g Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Experience with photography or photo-shooting setup Education Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field OR equivalent practical experience and portfolio Location Barakhamba Road NEW DELHI -110001 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PROFILE SEND ME YOUR RESUME ON THIS NO - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 500 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
