We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer Executive to manage daily manufacturing operations in our modern fastening plant The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hot metal forming along with strong knowledge of metallurgy and heat-treatment processes used in fastener production Key Responsibilities Manage production planning and daily shop-floor operations Oversee hot metal forming processes forging heading upsetting etc Ensure correct metallurgy parameters and heat-treatment cycles hardening tempering normalizing annealing Optimize production efficiency reduce rejections and improve product consistency Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize machine breakdowns Ensure strict compliance with ISO IS standards quality norms and safety guidelines Monitor process KPIs and prepare production reports Train and supervise operators and shift teams Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Metallurgy preferred Mandatory experience in hot metal forming industries fasteners forging automotive components Solid understanding of metallurgical properties material behavior and heat-treatment cycles Ability to handle fast-paced production environments and meet targets Good leadership problem-solving and communication skills Personal Attributes Disciplined responsible and quality-conscious Ability to lead and motivate shop-floor teams Adaptable proactive and safety-oriented Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
