We are seeking a Residential Nurse to join our healthcare team and provide round-the-clock care to residents in our rehabilitation facility The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health administering medication and supporting the medical and counselling staff in delivering high-quality care Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects Provide basic medical care and attend to health needs of residents Assist doctors and psychologists in treatment procedures and therapy sessions Monitor vital signs maintain health records and report changes in patient conditions Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid Educate residents about hygiene nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits Support overall rehabilitation goals by working closely with the multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records Qualifications Skills GNM B Sc Nursing qualification registration with Nursing Council preferred Experience in rehabilitation centres hospitals or mental health facilities is desirable Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently Strong communication observation and patient-care skills Compassionate empathetic and patient-centred approach Willingness to stay within the residential facility Compensation Benefits Salary Competitive and based on experience Free accommodation and meals provided within the campus Opportunity to work in a meaningful role contributing to recovery and healing Supportive and cooperative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 178 63 - 20 039 56 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Work Location In person
