Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Investor Relations to manage communication between the company its investors analysts and other financial stakeholders The role requires solid financial acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trust with the investment community The ideal candidate will play a key role in conveying the company s financial performance strategy and vision to external stakeholders Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors analysts and shareholders Serve as a key point of contact for the investment community Prepare investor presentations earnings call scripts press releases Q A documents and other communication materials Coordinate and participate in investor meetings earnings calls roadshows and conferences Monitor analyst reports and summarize key takeaways and market sentiment for internal stakeholders Track and report on shareholding patterns stock performance and peer group analysis Provide strategic input to senior management regarding investor sentiment and market perception Ensure accurate timely and compliant disclosure of financial information in line with regulatory requirements Work closely with finance legal compliance and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging Support the preparation of the company s annual report and other investor communication materials Requirements Education CA MBA Finance CFA or equivalent Experience 5-8 years of experience in investor relations corporate finance equity research or related fields Skills Strong understanding of financial statements valuation and capital markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relationship-building skills with investors analysts and senior management Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Bloomberg Reuters or other financial databases is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a listed company or capital markets environment Familiarity with SEBI Stock Exchange BSE NSE regulations and investor disclosure norms Experience managing investor events or AGMs JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT DETAILS - Name - NAMRATA Number - (phone hidden) Mail id - namrata vinayakjob com
