We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to become a key part of our team The ideal candidate will take ownership of core HR functions including recruitment employee relations compliance performance management and various people-focused initiatives that contribute to the organization s overall growth Primary Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Lead the full recruitment cycle job posting screening interviewing and final selection Prepare offer letters and ensure new hires have a smooth and well-structured onboarding experience Employee Relations Manage day-to-day employee concerns and maintain a healthy workplace environment Oversee conflict resolution disciplinary actions and the grievance handling process HR Policies Compliance Assist in drafting reviewing and implementing HR policies Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws statutory requirements and internal guidelines Documentation Records Management Keep employee records updated including personal files attendance leave data and benefits information Maintain systematic and accurate HR documentation Performance Management Compensation Support the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely evaluations Assist with payroll coordination compensation management and employee benefits Training Development Organize and execute learning and development sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities HR Engagement Initiatives Contribute to employee engagement programs cultural activities and other HR-driven initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline MBA in HR is a plus At least 3 years of HR experience in the IT sector Strong communication interpersonal and organizational abilities Solid understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Payroll 1 year Preferred HR 2 years Required License Certification Qualified in Human Resources Preferred Work Location In person
