The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns brand promotions digital marketing activities and market research to increase brand awareness generate leads and drive business growth Key Responsibilities 1 Marketing Campaigns Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns Coordinate with internal teams vendors and agencies for campaign materials Track campaign performance and prepare reports 2 Digital Marketing Manage social media pages Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc Create and schedule posts reels and stories Support SEO SEM Google Ads and email marketing activities Increase online visibility and brand engagement 3 Branding Promotions Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials Organize promotional events exhibitions trade shows and BTL activities Prepare brochures flyers presentations and promotional content 4 Market Research Conduct competitor analysis and industry research Identify market trends and customer preferences Support the development of new marketing strategies 5 Sales Support Generate leads through campaigns and follow-ups Coordinate with the sales team for marketing collateral Maintain customer and lead databases Key Skills Required Strong communication and presentation skills Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing digital or offline Freshers with solid marketing skills may also apply Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management Basic graphic design skills Canva Photoshop preferred Creativity attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
