Key Responsibilities Perform advanced laboratory tests and experiments with minimal supervision Assist in designing and optimizing protocols for research or quality testing Supervise and train junior lab technicians and interns Oversee day-to-day lab operations ensuring timely completion of tests Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments troubleshoot technical issues Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of procedures and results Ensure strict adherence to health safety and regulatory compliance e g GLP GMP ISO standards Coordinate with cross-functional teams e g Tele -calling staff Phlebotomist Clinical staff Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies chemicals and reagents Participate in internal and external audits or inspections Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Biology Chemistry Biochemistry Medical Laboratory Science or a related field MLT DMLT PGDMLT Experience Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on laboratory experience with a proven track record of working independently in NABL Laboratory Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund
