Position Special Educator Only Females Location Samashti International School Hyderabad Roles Responsibilities Assess plan and implement individualized education programs IEPs for students with special needs Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional academic social or behavioral assistance Collaborate with classroom teachers parents and other professionals to support student learning and development Monitor student progress maintain detailed records and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration Adapt teaching materials and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of each student Conduct interventions and remedial sessions to address learning difficulties and developmental challenges Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom workplace that encourages participation and growth Stay updated with the latest research techniques and best practices in special education Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education B Ed Special Education M Ed Special Education or equivalent Prior experience working in schools with children with learning disabilities autism spectrum disorders or other special needs is required Certification in relevant special education programs or therapies is preferred Strong understanding of individualized education plans IEPs assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students parents and colleagues Patience empathy and a passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
