We are hiring Store cum Site accountant Male for our ongoing 132 33 kv GIS project in Angul - 1 To prepare the contractor invoice register for billing verification 2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the project site including expenses income and other relevant transactions 3 Handle the processing of invoices ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors contractors and other project-related expenses 4 Prepare a fund note application for mobilisation food fund of project contractor 5 Forward the fund note application to account department after approval from top management 6 Follow up with account department for timely payment out flow 7 Responsible for deduction of bill for advance payment made to contractor 8 To check the mail for tour advancement requirement from project site get approved it from the project manager finance 9 To forward the Tour advancement form to Account department for payment 10 Oversee payroll activities for project personnel ensuring accurate and timely compensation specifically for project site 11 Monitor and manage cash flow for all kinds of expenses optimising the utilisation of financial resources 12 Responsible for petty cash management vehicle maintenance 13 To maintain a checklist for payment procedure 14 Must have knowledge in drafting mails Qualification- Any Graduate Having knowledge in excel Tally not required Accommodation will be provided Experience- 1 to 2 years in the relevant field preferred male candidate Salary- 15k - 20k CTC per Month Immediate joiners preferred Website- www selindia net Contact No- (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
