The Neuro Physician is responsible for diagnosing managing and treating patients with neurological disorders including brain spinal cord peripheral nerve and muscular conditions The physician will provide both outpatient and inpatient care coordinate with other specialists and ensure high-quality patient outcomes Key Responsibilities Patient Care Conduct detailed neurological evaluations history taking and examinations Diagnose neurological disorders such as epilepsy stroke migraines neuropathies Parkinson s disease and multiple sclerosis Develop individualized treatment plans including medications lifestyle recommendations and therapies Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Collaboration Referrals Work closely with neurosurgeons physiotherapists psychologists and other specialists Refer patients for further investigations imaging or surgical intervention when required Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and hospital rounds Administration Documentation Maintain accurate patient records reports and prescriptions Ensure compliance with hospital protocols ethical standards and legal regulations Contribute to hospital committees teaching and research initiatives Patient Education Counseling Educate patients and families about neurological conditions and preventive care Provide counseling for chronic neurological disorders and rehabilitation needs Qualifications Education MBBS MD DNB DM in Neurology Experience Min years of experience in neurology or related fields Skills Expertise in diagnosing and managing neurological disorders Proficiency in interpreting neuroimaging and laboratory investigations Solid patient communication and counseling skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
