We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team The role involves providing high-quality perioperative nursing care assisting surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures and ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols The ideal candidate will be compassionate detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting Key Responsibilities Prepare the OT before surgery ensuring all equipment instruments and supplies are sterilized and ready Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field Monitor patients pre-operatively intra-operatively and post-operatively Administer medications and IV fluids as directed by the surgeon or anesthetist Handle surgical specimens safely and maintain accurate documentation Adhere to infection control and hospital protocols at all times Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment Provide emotional support to patients and families before and after surgery Collaborate with surgeons anesthetists and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
