Job Summary The Guest Relationship Manager GRM plays a critical role in creating a positive and professional experience for all potential and existing clients visiting our properties or offices This role ensures a smooth and welcoming journey for clients from the first interaction through to post-sale support thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage prospective clients visiting sales offices show flats or project sites Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to deliver personalized solutions Manage the complete guest cycle from inquiry handling to post-visit follow-ups Maintain a high level of service and ensure all guests feel valued and supported Coordinate property tours and ensure show units are always presentation-ready Handle complaints or queries promptly professionally and empathetically Assist in organizing client meetings site visits and promotional events Maintain updated records of client interactions feedback and preferences using CRM tools Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments sales legal operations etc Follow up with customers for feedback and assist in resolving post-sale service issues Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities Qualified appearance and a customer-centric attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Real Estate or a related field 2-5 years of experience in customer service hospitality or real estate Prior experience in luxury real estate or high-end hospitality is a plus Fluency in English additional local languages preferred Working Conditions Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
