- Store SupervisorPosition Overview The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store warehouse This role ensures proper receipt storage issuance and documentation of materials while maintaining accuracy safety and compliance with company policies The supervisor will also lead and coordinate the store staff to achieve efficiency and smooth functioning of inventory management Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day store operations including receiving storing issuing and record-keeping of materials Monitor stock levels conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper labeling arrangement and safe storage of all items Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP software manual registers Plan and oversee timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages or overstocking Ensure compliance with safety security and hygiene standards in the store area Train guide and supervise store assistants and support staff Coordinate with procurement accounts production and other departments for material requirements Prepare and submit reports on stock movement consumption and inventory status Handle vendor deliveries and returns efficiently Support audits internal external with accurate records and documentation Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics or related field Minimum 2-5 years of experience in store warehouse supervision Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP Inventory software Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Valuable communication and team management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Language Tamil ENglish Preferred Work Location In person
