QA Testing Lead Analyst Position Overview This position will be responsible for leading a team of offshore testing teams supporting myCigna com web and mobile application This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time Overall the Senior Manager will partner with US-based counterparts in managing offshore deliverables and shaping the testing strategy for the organization Roles Responsibilities Provides technology leadership for front end and back end test automation capabilities Define and implement strategy framework tooling and best practices Evaluate various open source and or out of the box tools for web and mobile test automation Participate in DevOps and CI CD solutioning and implementation Understands various back-end and front-end architecture components required to formulate test strategies Collaborate with scrum team s in ensuring that automation standards and solutions are in place Participate in project module-level design and architectural reviews where necessary Train and mentor QE Team Members on best practices processes Perform code reviews Ensure that automation strategy meets both IT and Business goals Collaborate with automation architects in continuously strategizing researching and implementing technical solutions and tooling proprietary software for the quality teams Qualifications Required Experience Qualifications 5 - 8 years of experience in testing both web and mobile applications Experience in business requirement analysis test design strategizing e2e tests defectsmanagement risk management and reporting Solid experience in testing methodologies and software testing principles Handson experience with AI tools like copilot cursorAI or DevinAI Experience working in Agile Scrum environment Experience with test management tools like Rally and Jira Align Positive understanding of one or more programming languages e g C Java and OOPS concepts Good experience in both UI Automation Selenium WebDriver Appium Cypress and API Automation REST Assured Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab GitHub Bitbucket Experience in build tools like Maven and Gradle Experience with SQL and Database backend testing Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia Desired Skills Healthcare domain knowledge Mobile Automation experience Knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages Experience with AWS services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid analytical skills highly organized self-motivated and a quick learner Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary About Evernorth Health Services Evernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group creates pharmacy care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people Join us in driving growth and improving lives
