Overview The Tableau Developer will support the Enterprise Knowledge Management team by designing developing and maintaining insightful user-friendly dashboards that measure content performance platform usage and engagement across the enterprise This role requires a strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations and collaborate across teams to ensure reporting aligns with strategic goals The ideal candidate will be passionate about data have a keen eye for detail and be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement Enterprise Knowledge Management EKM owns the knowledge management platform known as KnowledgeXchange This platform is used by various lines of business throughout Cigna and Evernorth The platform is powered by Salesforce Knowledge Coveo AI search and Cigna s GenAI Platform Our mission is to revolutionize the way we solve issues by improving the findability and usability of knowledge through a knowledge-sharing community for the benefit of those we serve while normalizing and modernizing the technology that enables knowledge capture structure reuse improvement and delivery The EKM Data Analytics team is responsible for managing enhancing and supporting the data warehouse the data pipelines dashboards and reports related to the utilization of KnowledgeXchange Section 3 Responsibilities Clearly outline the primary duties and tasks associated with the role Use action verbs i e lead drive analyze assess research etc to convey expectations Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective scalable Tableau dashboards Design develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide visibility into key knowledge management metrics such as content health usage trends and platform engagement Ensure data quality and integrity through validation testing and regular maintenance of reports and data sources Partner with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and improve dashboard performance Continuously iterate and enhance existing dashboards based on feedback evolving needs and new data sources Document dashboard logic data definitions and data sources to support consistency and onboarding Stay informed on Tableau best practices visualization trends and knowledge management analytics standards Provide training and support to end users to maximize the value of Tableau dashboards Section 4 Qualifications Specify the skills experience and education required for the role Differentiate between the must-haves and familiarity with Agile tools like Jira Knowledge of knowledge management concepts platforms and key performance indicators Certification in Tableau or related data visualization tools Exposure to
