Job Title Clinical Research Trainer Location Remote Department Training Development Clinical Research Job Type Full time Part-Time Freelance Contract Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years in Clinical Research Salary 6k per batch Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Research Trainer to deliver engaging comprehensive training programs to students and professionals aspiring to build a career in clinical research The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and a passion for teaching with up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial processes regulations and ethics Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training sessions online offline on Clinical Research topics such as ICH-GCP guidelines Clinical trial phases Protocol writing Site selection and monitoring Adverse event reporting Ethics committee submissions Regulatory bodies CDSCO USFDA EMA etc Guide trainees on Clinical Data Management Pharmacovigilance and related functions if applicable Prepare training content including presentations case studies assignments and assessments Conduct mock interviews project work evaluations and real-time scenario discussions Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement Update course material regularly in line with global standards and industry trends Mentor students on certification exams and career paths in clinical research Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Medicine or related field Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in Clinical Research Clinical Operations or CROs Solid knowledge of GCP ICH guidelines trial design and regulatory requirements Excellent communication presentation and mentoring skills Ability to simplify complex scientific and regulatory concepts Job Type Part-time Pay 6 000 00 per month Expected hours 10 per week Benefits Work from home Schedule Evening shift Work Location Remote
