Project Role Application Lead Project Role Description Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Must have skills SAP Master Data Migration Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead L9 to drive the end-to-end data migration activities within the SAP S 4HANA transformation program The role requires strong expertise in data migration strategies tools and methodologies along with leadership skills to guide junior team members and ensure smooth delivery aligned with client requirements Roles Responsibilities o Lead data migration workstream and coordinate with functional and technical teams o Analyze design and execute migration strategies for legacy systems to SAP S 4HANA o Perform data profiling data cleansing and mapping activities o Define and manage data migration templates load cycles and validation procedures o Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on progress risks and issues o Guide and mentor junior team members in data migration activities o Ensure quality compliance and on-time delivery of data migration deliverables Professional Technical Skills o 5-7 years of total IT experience with at least 3-4 years in SAP Data Migration projects o Strong hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC LTMOM BODS or other ETL tools o Proficiency in data extraction transformation and loading ETL processes o Positive understanding of SAP data structures across Finance Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules o Experience in handling data validation and reconciliation o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines o Experience in SAP S 4HANA implementation or transformation programs o Exposure to clean core concepts and integration with non-SAP systems o Certification in SAP Data Migration or related technologies Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
